For all bookings made, pick up item must be ready before our EVOagent picks up to avoid unnecessary time wastage and charges. Or, our EVOagent will fail the pick up and reattempt the next working day.
If you’re the recipient, please inform sender that EVOXPRESS will be picking up from them and have them to get ready the item for pick up.
Item MUST BE labelled with recipient’s Name, Contact Number and FULL address or our EVOagent reserves the right not pick up or otherwise,EVOXPRESS PTE. LTD will not be liable for any damages or missing parcels.
Packages MUST be sealed and packed in paper bags, boxes or any packing materials.
Fragile items have to be stated clearly outside or otherwise, EVOXPRESS PTE. LTD will not be liable for any broken or damages.
