- What payment modes do you accept for bookings?
We accept Visa/Master, PayNow & PayLah only.
- How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email notification from us after you have placed your order.
For orders paid via PayNow & PayLah, you will receive the email with payment instructions.
Do not that your booking will only be confirmed after we have received your payment and details for verification.
Please input your Order No. as reference. Once the funds are cleared, you will receive another email notification informing you that your booking is now confirmed.
- What if I have bulk deliveries to deliver? Will EVOxpress be able to cater?
Yes! Our team is experienced in bulk deliveries, e.g corporate services, Merchant deliveries, festive seasons deliveries.

What does the status in the tracking page for my booking mean?
Delivery/Collection Scheduled
This means that your booking has been confirmed and is awaiting to process
Delivery/Collection is assigned to your EVOagent
This means that your booking has been delegated to our EVOagent respectively
EVOagent is on its way!
This means that the booking is in transit for collection or delivery
Your EVOagent has arrived
This means that our EVOagent has arrived to the assigned location
Delivered successfully by your EVOagent/Collection is picked up by your EVOagent
This means that our EVOagent has completed the collection / delivery successfully
Your EVOagent attempted but failed
This means that our EVOagent has tried to attempt the collection / delivery however, failed. Do note that the attempt will only be failed due to:
Item not ready for collection upon pick up
Unable to access either collection or delivery address
Destination is unreachable due to invalid address given
Contact information given is invalid
Don’t worry! Our EVOagent will get in touch with you shortly regarding the matter.
Cancelled
This means that the collection / delivery has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Why has my parcel not been collected / delivered at the stipulated time?
-EVOxpress will always strive to achieve 100% in our collection & deliveries, within the stipulated timeframe.
However, we seek your kind understanding and consideration that there are times that may take a longer time due to unforeseen circumstances as well as during peak period, festive and when there are huge online campaigns and sales periods going on.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. If your order is delayed for an extensive period of time, please reach out to us below via our EVOchatbox or email us at sales@evoxpresssg.com

Delivery
What happens if collection/delivery was unsuccessful?
– Upon an unsuccessful collection or delivery attempt, our EVOagent will get in touch with you to reschedule for the next attempt. Do note that we only allow up to 1 reattempt for collection/delivery. If reattempt is still unsuccessful, we regret that to inform that the reattempt will be chargeable. Please refer to our Pricing page for more information.
