Parcel Definition- an object or collection of objects wrapped and sealed in order to be carried or sent by post.
Deliveries to residences, are all strictly from 10AM-10PM (Mon-Sat). Only offices or shop houses will be 10am to 6pm
Prices do not include additional charges (if applicable before,during or after delivery)

Any bookings that are found not accurate with the given information, will not be processed.
You will receive an email with booking reference once order is confirmed and processed.
Additional service charges
Non-lift Access
Each flight of stairs is charged S$10.00 per driver/helper. For example: Moving service with
2 helpers going down 1 flight of stairs (not per floor level) would cost $20.00.

- Airport Zone
- ALPS Ave
- Camps
- Immigration Checkpoints
- Construction Sites
- Jurong Island
- Jurong Port
- Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
- PSA Port
- SATS, Aerospaces
- Shipyard
- Supply Bases
Purchasing service
Additional fee of $5 is imposed
*Purchases must be pre-paid in advance to drivers using PayNow, PayLah! or
bank transfer
Other applicable fees
Waiting Fees (Exceeding 10mins grace period)
+$2 per additional 10min block part thereof
Oversized Item Charge
If the goods exceed the maximum weight, size or quantity specified under EVOxpress pricing
page, EVOxpress reserves the right to charge the difference to customers before pick up or
delivery to recipient.
Wrong Address Change
The customer who requested for the booking will be charged the price of an additional trip
from the original address to the new address provided.
Cancellation Fees
Strictly NO cancellation once booking is confirmed.
Once item is already picked up, we will send back to sender should the booking be cancelled.
NO refund will be given as it will be considered a trip back to return item.
EVOxpress will not be liable for any items missing/damaged before pick up or after
delivery.
Please have pick up item ready before our EVOagent picks up to avoid unnecessary time
wastage and charges.
If you’re the recipient, please inform sender that EVOXPRESS will be picking up from them
and have them to get ready the item for pick up.
Items must be
– Packed and labelled with recipient name and address
EVOxpress reserves the right not to collect the item and fail the pickup should the above
not be fulfilled. Additional trip to pick up will be charged to customer.
On the day of delivery should recipient be not home, item(s) will be placed in riser / shoe
cabinet or a safe spot and driver will inform recipient via Whatsapp/SMS/call. For another
trip to hand item by hand, it is chargeable at 1 trip.
Normal parcel delivery is strictly from 10am-10pm based on driver’s route for the day.
